In each of the last two years my annual personal income exceeded 0.39M USD million, or the amount of income of the family unit to which I belong exceeded 0.6M USD

The total value of the liquid assets I own exceeds M1.65 USD and the amount of my income in each of the last two years exceeded 200K USD, or my houshold income exceeded 300K USD

A corporation defined as "Eligible", with an equity of more than 15M USD or wholly owned by "Eligible" investors
