Responsibilities:
Fundamental due diligence on prospective and active investments, including meeting management teams, talking to industry consultants and attending industry conferences
Identify, develop, and present investment recommendations
Expand industry and investment knowledge through meetings with company executives, sell-side analysts, consultants, and industry experts
Develop a network among VCs, entrepreneurs, and top tech investors worldwide
Manage relationships with sell-side analysts from the top Wall Street firms
What we're looking for:
Passion for technology and innovation
Lucid thinker, able to assemble the picture out of the dots
Outstanding independent research skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills - you should be able to convince others to put their trust in your recommendations
2-4 years of experience as an equity analyst, VC associate or similar role
Bachelor of Science (e.g. math, computer sciences, biology, statistics, etc.) - a significant advantage. MBA - bonus
